If you would like a record of your participation in Teaching Academy/Digital Learning events, including the hours of credit, email teaching@nmsu.edu:

1. Use this for the subject line: Transcript Request.
2. Provide the deadline after which you no longer can use this transcript.
3. Provide dates you want to begin and stop counting your hours (if different from the calendar year).

Depending on the number of requests received, we may not be able to fulfill all requests. We will answer as many of the requests as we can by the deadlines given in the order received.
